When you order a Ready-Set-Roast turkey tray, you get a whole turkey that has been expertly butchered into individual sections and deboned for your convenience. This means less cooking time and the same tender, delicious roast turkey you get when you roast a whole bird. You’ll still get those drippings for gravy (or you can order our prepared gravy to make things easy) and stuffing can be prepared in a separate dish or on your stovetop. You can also opt to purchase our homestyle prepared stuffing—it’s always a crowd-pleaser!
Ready-Set-Roast turkeys are available in small, medium, large and extra large portions. This product is not prepared and requires cooking.
This Ready-Set-Roast Contains: 2-3 boneless skin-on turkey breasts (depending on weight), 2-3 boneless skin-on turkey thighs (depending on weight), and 3 turkey drums. Feeds 15-17 people. We suggest purchasing 2 stuffing and 2 gravy to pair with this tray.
All you need to do is add oil or butter, season with your favourite turkey seasoning, add sprigs of thyme and place in the oven. Estimated time to cook is 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours 15 mins @ 375°F. Breast and thigh must reach an internal temp of 78°C or 171°F.
